Proper Build is a family-owned construction company based in Perth, founded on a passion for craftsmanship and a desire to do things the proper way. Director Stefan Zivancev began his career on the tools, working as a labourer and painter before progressing into building and ultimately becoming a director. Alongside Director Ray, who has more than 20 years of experience in high-end homes and investment builds, we combine over 35 years of industry knowledge. Together, we have created a company that is committed to quality, transparency, and delivering homes that reflect each client’s lifestyle and vision.
